We divide it into three grades (excellent, good and normal) according to the stability of the corn-gluten-meal’s (produced by different corn deep processing enterprise) protein content, characteristics (granular size),color(golden yellow or not),moisture, ash, fibre and supply capability etc.
For “excellent” grade enterprises:
They are our closest OEM partners. Their goods must be tested again per 10tons before shipment. The products’ situations are as follows:
1, Protein: More than 60% (wet basis)
2, Color: Golden yellow
3, Supply capability: Steady
4, Other indexes: Qualified
For “good” grade enterprises:
Their goods must be tested again per 5tons before shipment. The products’ situations are as follows:
1, Protein: More than 55% (wet basis)
2, Color: Golden yellow
3, Supply capability: Steady
4, Other indexes: Qualified
For “normal” grade enterprises:
Pay attention but not cooperate with them.
Reproduction: We must reproduce the products whose protein is unsteady but the other items are qualified. After reproducing, the products, every 10 tons a unit, should be re-tested.
Testing: (sample rate is no less than 20%), the reproduction samples must be kept one month by producing department and wait for comparing and checking when necessary.

After posting the sale products, the samples must be kept two months by sales department and wait to be compared and checked by sales department and our clients.
